Becoming Your School's AI Lead | Darren Coxon | Kompass Education

Leading AI

Becoming Your School's AI Lead

If you have been asked to lead on AI in your school, this course is for you. Most schools now have an AI lead. Most AI leads were given the role with no training, no template, and no clear sense of what they are actually being asked to do. This course is the answer to that. You'll leave with a workbook full of decisions you've made, a governance policy template ready to adapt, a guiding coalition mapped out by name, and a 90-day plan you can defend in front of any governing body.
